Question Virgin Mobile My Account App 2.0.28

There appears to be an update to the Virgin Mobile Account App, the version on Google Play Store is 2.0.28. Has anyone managed to get the app to connect to the servers using 4G and Wi-Fi?

I get this when it tries to check the balance which is the first thing it checks for I think when executed.
