Thanks for all the help. Problem is definately Kaspersky as I can receive images OK when accessing e-mail on Android tablet and Microsoft Windows mobile.

Have sent help request to Kaspersky.

When filling in request form did notice that my Internet Security 2016 is now showing as a version beginning with 17, so last update must have upgraded version.
