Just checked out the manuals for the Pure Siesta 2 and Pure Seista Mi series and they list the following presets for alarms.
Daily, Weekdays, Weekends, Once only, so the
Daily option may do what you require. The other option is to just disable the alarm on Thursday evening for the Fridays you're not working, just like you would if you were on vacation.
