Just call them directly on the phone, that's how I did it. It's best to deal with them directly on the phone rather than wait for a job advert or send an e-mail. Can't harm to ask, but right now they are recruiting a lot of engineers and offering full training. They pay for everything except the travel to and from the training which would be either in Dunstable or Coventry. They might not want engineers for your area though, but can't harm to ask.
