Have done thanks.
Quite fancy Belkin Gear reasonably priced.
Looks like.
1. Connect Router to Modem.
2. Re-boot Modem so it aquire IP Address.
3. PC's will then aquire IP from Router Via DHCP & should be on-line.
4. Bingo
