100m isn't much if you start throwing it about. 100m is actually a decent budget, I have issues with the media reported 70m kitty tbh. Arsenals wage bill is extremely high for the quality on the books, everyone knows that but a lot of that deadwood is going to taken off the payroll. some are leaving with contracts running out and the rest hopefully transferred out. also the wage budget can be increased this summer.
