HSUPA is the upstream technology for HSPA. The same as HSDPA refers to the downstream technology for HSPA. They're both HSPA which will show up with an H symbol on a mobile and has been around for ages.
H+ is a new variant of HSPA called Evolved HSPA. According to the current Wikipedia article you can theoretically get 168MBit downstream! No wonder you guys are getting good speeds!!! Can one of you run SpeedtestMobile and let us know what you get on H+?
