I paid £9.99 + £10 top up at Orange shop.
The phones are almost disposable, like Bic cigarette lighters.

So it's not worth paying very much to have it unlocked.
This is how the professionals do it though:-

But they are simple to use and they have big numbers so they're ok for older people (like me!).
And they are rugged, so they're ok to use at work etc.

Those unlock clips in the video cost about £25.
