I just ordered Sky HD for Ã‚Â£99 with the Sky World package. I just have a question. It's being installed Monday but I don't know if the installer will bring the box or if it will be posted.

I noticed some people get the Sky HD box and all spare cables. Does the installer leave it?

On a second note, the previous owners of our house had Sky and it must be around 3 or 4 years old as we have lived in the house around 2 years. Should I ask the installer for a new dish?
