The system stinks. The RFL didn't have the bottle to play by the rules all the superleague teams agreed to and didn't do anything about repeat offenders. |
They did have the bottle to play the rules but St. Helens and Wigan found a loophole in the rules which meant that they would be charged under last seasons rules, which imo is fair as thats when they broke the rules. From now on the new rules (the larger point deduction) will be used. I expect Wigan to get the maximum 6 point deduction when they have their hearing.
