exactly the point I was making earlier.
It's about giving the
customer a
choice, not telling them that they have to have an ntl phone lline with their cable TV packages-that's just rude & pretty much sums up ntl's attitude towards it's customers.
It comes down to choice & flexibility-what choice is there with Sky/BT (lots) & what choice is there with ntl? (very very little)
