My Account App
 
Haven't been able to view account balance on phone for 2 days... something about unable to connect to our servers.
Anyone else getting this?

Before you ask yes the app is up to date version.

Have you recently swapped to 4G, and if so has your 4G tariff activated?

Yes I have but I'm not using 4G as the handset I bought back in August isn't actually 4g (long story but 2 identical models- i got the wrong one).

So I've seen some other people having issues and it does seem to be connected to something around the 4G changeover.

I know that it's being investigated but I haven't seen any update on it yet.

Try going to m.virginmedia.com in your phone browser as you can get to the same information there hopefully.
