Speech to text software?

At the moment my wife is transcribing a load of speech (from mp3 files) to text (MS Word)
I tried using Speechlogger and the Win 10 built in app but their accuracy is less than desirable.
Does anyone have any suggestions for an accurate way of automatically doing this?

Dragon does seem to pop up a lot when I'm looking around......
She needs something that's very accurate, even with medical terminology and American accents :disturbd:

Ring them up as they do healthcare software and should be able to advise

Well I took a punt on Dragon Home edition. Bloody thing kept bluescreening my wifes win 10 laptop as I was installing the software. After that it kept bluescreening even when I wasn't trying to install it!
System restore came to the rescue. :(
Anyone have any other suggestions for speech to text? :D

Ring them up and get them to help with the install, they must know what is happening

Reasonable advice but.....
1)I'm not letting their pos software anywhere near my wifes laptop again
2)They probably won't be able to figure out the conflict that's causing the bsod anyway
Onwards and upwards :)

It's just this sort of thing which concerns me about computers. If you know what you're doing it's not too big an issue but when you don't it's terrible and can take an awful lot of time to sort out. :erm:
