Voice Mail Fail
I have been trying on occasions to make my voice mail work. Virgin has texted me my latest access no for it.
I have set it up, message, access pin all as instructed. However it will not record anything. Say I call from my landline, the mob just rings. Eventually it cuts off & I hear caller not available. At no time is the call switched to voice mail so I can leave a message or I hear my personal message. IS there an access code to turn on & off the voice mail service? O2 has 1760 & 1750 for this purpose. Is there one for Virgin? Help would be appreciated. :banghead: |
Re: Voice Mail Fail
The normal way to turn voicemail on and off is through the appropriate settings menu on your phone. In order to help you with that you need to tell us what phone you have.

Re: Voice Mail Fail
Sounds like they need to reset the voicemail from VM's end. My Dad had a similar issue when he ported his number in, and a reset solved it.
