Drive permissions on another PC

Im gonna swap a drive in my Sons PC into my PC.

At the moment the drives permissions are to share to everyone on the network as its a family drive for pics and so on.

What i wanna know is will the permissions of the drive be carried to the new PC well mine or will i have to reset the permissions myself?
