Full House TV/XL TV packages.

I'm on the VIP package which includes the Full House TV package (shows this on my account when you login) but when you click on upgrades to see what's available it lists that I'm on the VIP package with XL TV with 230+ channels and you can upgrade to Full House for a cost which has 245+ channels. When you click on the XL part it says you're on our highest TV package. Why is one showing 230 and the other 245 channels? Also I think it's about time they fixed the upgrade page. They say I can upgrade to 200Mb, Full House and Talk More Anytime for £135pm yet that's the VIP package which is £125pm. No wonder some people get confused.

VIP = Full House + Sky Movies + Sky Sports?

Yes that's what I have. But what's the difference between TV XL with 230+ channels and Full House with 245+ channels?

15 channels at a guess:D - if you trawl thru the VM website I am sure you will find out which channels are the extra 15.

I'd rather not lol. Just wondering if anyone knew why or what difference there is. I believe the XL package is the old one but they state I'm on both XL and Full House on different pages on their website.

So you expect someone else to do it for you?

I was asking if people knew what the difference was.

Either do as has been suggested or give VM a call.

Or ask here? For what's it's worth I don't think there is a side by side comparison between the two on their website.

Full house is the new name for XL. They probably haven't updated the description for XL as it has now been replaced. I'm guessing you probably have all the 245 channels, the extra 15 will probably be ones you wouldn't bother with anyway.

I thought that might be the case but you never know with VM. I just wish they would update and fix things. That whole upgrade page is a mess.

No difference at all. Taking a guess, maybe the figures on the different web pages were updated at different points in time. Full House doesn't exist as a separate new pack, it's just the current "marketing" name for the XL pack.

They probably thought that name up in their visit to a bingo hall.;)
