Live donkey fed to tigers in China zoo after dispute

Feeding a live donkey to tigers that is just sick and so so wrong & totally cruel.

Quote:

It was said "Since we could not have any benefits, we thought why not feed to the tigers, at least we can save on animal feed," the unnamed investor said.
I ask why not kill this poor donkey humanely then feed it to the tigers if this was the true reason behind doing this, then at least then this poor beautiful creature would have had a quick death.

I can't blame you but I made sure that they were no graphic images, when I came across this I had so many emotions anger, disgust and most of all complete sadness that people think this is okay to treat any animal this way and the wonder of why commit such cruelty to prove a point.

It made me question who was the real animals, clue it was not the tigers nor the poor donkey.

Shareholders were "filled with anger for a long time" as they were unable to receive returns on their investments, and were also upset about the animals' deaths.
So upset by animals deaths they decided to kill some more?

Quote:

Newspaper Xiandai Kuaibao (in Chinese) said that after the donkey was pushed in, zoo staff managed to stop the shareholders from tossing sheep into the moat
Could've been even worse then, perhaps next time they should just feed a couple of shareholders to the tigers, that'll save some cash on animal feed to presumably
