Pixilation on screen, sound skips etc
 

Hi all,

I've got a V+ box and it's been fine for some time. However I have noticed random pixel blocks on screen which also gives off a few funny sounds.

Over the last few days it's been getting worse and on all channels. My phone and internet are fine. It just seems to be with the TV.

There have been no service issues in the area. (Bristol, BS5)

Can any of you point me in the right direction before I start the long battle with VM customer services?

Check the cable connectors are tight. But if it's not that, you'll need a technician visit.
