15 mins and I give up, if there is a logic to it then it escapes me. I'm guessing its some sort of trick question.

Well, I spent another 15 mins on it and found a rule that worked (everytime) but still couldn't relate this to the name of the game.

(I have now and I still think it's a bit of a trick).

Well apart from the fact that it doesn't seem to work in Netscape 7.1 I managed to get it to work in IE.

I tried it yesterday and couldn't figure it out at all, but I've just tried again and got it.

Frankly I don't see what such puzzles prove except for the fact that some people have too much time on their hands!

I showed my eldest this and he got it in one and I thought it was a lucky guess so I got him to do it again and he did it again but he will not tell me how this is done :mad: all he said Mum you will kick yourself once you work it out.

How annoying, I think I may have to beg and plead with my son to explain this game to me.

Just count the petals around the rose on each roll of the dice.
