Better deal for my parents
 

I've seen a couple of threads about locking prices for 24 months which got me thinking about my parents current deal. They are paying just shy of £76 a month for the attached. They always pay for their line rental upfront, so that's knocked off. They also have an ageing V+ box that they were given at no additional cost when they upgraded to the original TiVO.

This seems incredibly expensive compared to the Full House equivalent given it's £70 and that includes line rental. I appreciate that now has Vivid 100, compared to Vivid 200, but they can get that for an extra £4 a month.

With the line rental saver, how much would the Full House bundle (plus speed boost) be monthly?

I've seen things about replacing old boxes for another V6, for a one-off £20 payment. I presume that doesn't affect the monthly subscription?

And by doing all this would they then be eligible for the price lock? I should hope so given they have been loyal customers since 1996 through the various incarnations!
