In my experience, the biggest proportion of idiots on the road are cyclists. Ignoring the rules of the road, assuming traffic lights don't apply to them, cycling without lights, leaving trails of old ladies lying strewn around on pavements.....

There should be much better police enforcement when it comes to dangerous cyclists.

And that is one of the problems as there is no enforcement generally.
