Resume from a On demand Sky Movie
 

If I watch a Sky Movie from On demand and stop it at any time, i used be able to resume playing from where i stopped the movie

I have just started to watch Extraction (Bruce Willies), Stoped it after a hour.

I then went back to the movie but then i had to start from the beggining beacuse there was not a resume playing button to press

This seems to be happening on every movie on sky movies on demand

This has only been happening since today Wed 12/7/17

I had on demand sky movies saved before today. If i watch then today and resume playing, they resume from when i last stopped them before today. It will not resume from when i stoppedx them today Wed 12/7


Just to add to this, the resume playing works on my recordings in my shows

I have lost the 'resume playing' function on all of the on demand content for my Tivo 500gb

Had the engineer to my house on Wednesday 26/7/17

He checked the signal levels with his meter they were fine, and also changed the TV box for another Tivo 500gb

After that was done this problem still exists and he mentioned it might be a area problem with a update and could take months to fix, otherwise he was stumped on how i had this problem

What is the problem and what if any suggestions do i do now
