They met janmi's release fee, it's not saints fault it was set so low and once details got out all Europe's top clubs were interested, he's a lot better than the fee suggests and Malaga were gutted to lose him at all let alone for such a ridiculous fee, I'd be delighted with him if I were a saint. Soares I know nothing about but think he's a right back so that's Clyne's replacement and going on last season's dealings with Liverpool they'll get the better end of the deal.

Papers keep linking Newcastle with Austin but I'm pretty certain Newcastle won't pay the £15m asked whilst West Ham and others would, Bas Dost is the more likely.

Austin would also stick with London anyway. Assuming West Ham bid the £15 million then I'd call it a done deal.

It will be interesting to see if brenda can bring out the best from the players he is buying.

Scattercash mode doesn't guarantee success as he proved spectacularly last season.

As far as Schneiderlin is concerned I really don't have a clue. He should go to Arsenal if he has any sense.

The difference between him and clyne is the contract term left, hence a much higher fee ( that and he is a much better player )

So we will lose 2 players, Ronald has already replaced one.......

This is quite interesting now, a lot of people reporting that he isn't just doing this to get an improved contract at Madrid.

Also its being reported that we are holding out for £35million for De Gea or we will let his contract run out and let him go for free at the end of next season.

For me, Schneiderlin and Ramos are pretty much exactly what we need now. We need a leader at the back with expereince and that is what Ramos will give us, we will need it especially when De Gea is gone. He can't be more error prone than we what we already have...

Chile win the 2015 Copa America :D well deserved!

Tata Martino with some strange decisions though and Higuain, well he didn't turn up to a big match big time again!

Absolute joke. Not even a ball kicked and he is already first manager sacked.

That sort of thing, would be barbaric punishment for Nigel Pearson's son, for being racist during his sex orgy with Thai prostitutes. Castration perhaps?

Yep laura scored a fantastic goal against Japan, if Messi or Ronaldo had scored that you wouldn't hear the end of it...

How is that bad for Southampton?

We get paid millions for not signing a player who played quite well on loan to us.

He also missed quite a large chunk of the season through injury......

So far we have got rid of one player and bought four.

Still more than happy to not be a fan of the rabble from the Eastern end of the M27 that rob charities. :D

Loads of pictures online of the England women's team crying after losing to an own-goal.

Aren't we supposed to refer to them as overpaid nancies crying about kicking a ball around a field?

Its only fitting that Tottenham have a toilet seat of a stadium

And to think Jack Wilshere got fined for calling it how it is!

It would be nice if Jack Wilshere could keep his gob shut for a while though.

Why didn't Raheem Sterling attend training today?
