Not at that price anyway, probably not even for half that cash.

And this is one of the problems l think MU will have because clubs know there are looking for big signing's and will quote their transfer prices accordingly.

Not a chance at that price. If Ronnie went for £80m and Suarez is being quoted for around the same figure then £60m for Pogba is ridiculous - he's good but not that good. It sound more like a taunt considering how he left and knowing that United need to spend big this year.

I'm annoyed. Especially because of the fact that top quality depth has been the main reason why Arsenal have done soo poorly in recent years. It isn't just lifting trophies but winning against the elite sides. Depth is soo important. I'm not '#WengerOut' because there is still time for something to happen.

MalteseFalcon 12-06-2014 16:57

Re: Football Season 2014/15

People only have so much patience Damien. Look at Arsenal fans in January, were in line for a treble and only ended up with the FA Cup. Whilst it is a trophy, had they not crashed like they did Arsenal would most likely be champions now.

Most other Top 4 clubs sack managers when not winning trophies (Chelsea and Man City spring to mind), so for Arsenal to stick with Wenger has only increased expectations in my view.

Balotelli won't be going to Arsenal as generally Arsene likes to shop for bargains and younger players.

Arsenal are looking to appease their fans who are quite unhappy that they did not bid for Cesc by bidding for players like Bressan and in getting Vela back.

Is he going to be zabaleta's back up or is zabaleta going to be played at left back, means no place for clichey of course, it's an obscene amount of wages for one of them who won't be a regular starter, still I'm sure getting rid of micha will in someway make it all justifiable.

I see pep Reina to arsenal is doing the rounds again, this time for five million, bargain imo and I'm surprised Liverpool are letting him go, his distribution is something I thought Rogers would like and mingolet whilst being ok hasn't been inspired.

fair enough if he wants to be a certain starter but has he been given that at Chelsea? I doubt it.

Arsenal didn't bid, so what choice did he have, he'll be a certain starter a Chelsea imo and he's better than ozil again imo

Didn't bid because Arsene believes he's fully stocked or because wage demands were too high ?

Personal terms agreed counts for nothing these days TD. Unless theres real intent to get the deal done, ignore it.

Draxler can be excused. Fabregas cannot be. Verm will be given a new life at Man Utd and Wenger wont stand in the way of that.
