Nothing. Had a pizza from ASDA but they put cheddar cheese on it. Tasted vile, so threw it. Got a takeaway on order now.

Having missed dinner I'm having garlic roule on toasted multi-seeded bread. More garlic tomorrow as I'm making chilli with plenty of the lovely stuff and a mixture of kidney beans and chickpeas for a change. We're going to stink... :)

Washed down with a glass of Malbec - only one, as I was driving.
