It has also been cancelled so this will be its last.

To summerize, its been renewed for an "unspecified number of new episodes".
Plus, "further details about the number of seasons and episodes will be announced later."

Speculation has always been they would renew it for two more seasons, making 3 in total, to match the books.

The vagueness of the announcment makes this still a possible (and likely) outcome.

I have been watching it but how the lead talks with pauses in the wrong places annoys the hell out of me so not gonna be sad it is over

I watched about 4 or 5 episodes of Season 1, and that was enough, never bothered with it since.

I watched Season 1. Then never went back after that. Which is a shame as a big fan of the lead from when he starred in Supernatural. That was a brilliant show.

Walker just didn't seem to work for me.
